hey!
so i recently have increased my net calories allowed perday to about 1500 because i was seeing no results at 1200-1300.
Im wondering if anyone else who has done somethiing similar could tell me how much time it took for them to see the scale move or a loss in inches.

When I first went from 1200 to 1400 it took about 3 weeks but when I went from 1400 to 1700 it took a good 8 weeks however, almost immediately I felt stronger and was able to lift more weight and saw muscle definition way before the scale showed a loss. They say to give each change 6-8 weeks.0

when i went fro 1200 to 1500, i lost 3 pounds in a week
1500 to 1800, i lost another 3 in a week
1800 to 2100, i lose a pound a week.0 -
I saw instant results but I was not losing anything at all at 1200. When I started eating 1500 I saw a movement on the scale the first week. I do not weigh myself every day, I found it to be frustrating. Then after that first week, I weighed myself every 2 weeks until I reached my goal.0

i guess ill just give it some more time to find out if im at the best calorie level. its just so scary eating more to lose weight but it really does seem to be the answer haha0 -
First week I went from 1200 to 1600 I lost 2.6 lb, then over a lb for the next 10 weeks, except for my TOM weeks.0

i upped my calories about a week and a half ago and today the scale showed a loss...i was on seriously negative calories, i was burning 1000-1200 a day and only eating back that amount, so i was technically on zero...be prepared for a small gain first x0

Up and down a bit on scale, but steady decline about 3-4 weeks in at the higher rates. Prior to that, measurements started going down straight away.0

It took me a while to wrap my head around it but I will never ever go back to eating low calories again. I am in my mid 40s and actually lost those last few lbs that I wanted to lose then 4 more when I upped my calories at what I thought was maintenance.
I think the most important thing is that we eat whole foods, not diet foods with artificial sweeteners, preservatives or flavoring as well as food that are low on the glycemic index.0 -
I upped about a month ago (from about 1300 to 1600) and I was still losing about a pound a week. Now I feel much better and I don't fret about what to eat during the day to still have room for supper.0

Took me a few weeks when i went from 1800 to 2600 but I never expect immediate results. I always say give it a month.0
