If I am not able to eat enough to meet the caloric, carbs, fat, and protein intake. Will I still lose the weight?

Consistantly eating below required calories is unhealthy. This will cause your weight loss to stall. Going under your goal from time to time is not a big deal.
Look up zig-zagging. This is going over your calories on occasion (like cheat days) ..... but still at a calorie deficit ....say for the week.
If you are consistantly under look for calorie dense foods (or exercise less) .... nuts, olive oil, avacado, (healthy fats).0 -

Well, I did, however, you have to ensure you eat properly and do not snack on rubbish foods.
Edited to say that I was nearly ALWAYS over on my protein though.0 -
Yes, but you may lose more than just fat.0
