Week One (version 4.0)

Hi, I'm basically a newbie. I did a previous (popular) diet plan an had success...until my hubby & I moved back home. A new job, a new baby (well, she was new!), and a new house just made all the pounds come back. So, I'm starting over here.
I'm 35, have a great hubby and two great kiddos.
I'm actually an avid runner and love going to the gym. Problem is, I love food just as much as I love exercise. I've sort of hit a balance--I'm maintaining, but it's an unhealthy weight! So, I'm trying to change the way I think about food and WHAT I eat. So far, I've had a few bumps, but MFP is showing me I'm going in the right direction. I want to lose enough weight so that running at a faster pace is possible (and comfortable!).
