Side pain when jogging/ walking

I have been having annoying, sharp side and stomach pain the past few days when jogging/walking. I really need to step my game back up and get some good distance jogs in, but my side pain has been killing me... Some say it's breathing, but I really focus on breathing right when I'm jogging... Anyone have cures, ideas or suggestions on how to get rid of them if I can? I don't get them all the time, but it's annoying when I can't run because of them.

It's called a side-stitch. Google it. From what I can recall lots of different theories about what causes it and ways to combat it. I would get them when I jogged too. I never did anything for it but stop jogging
I don't recommend that lol

If I get a side stitch, I try to alter the pattern of my breathing to longer, slower breaths rather than rapid ones. They usually will pass.0

I find stretching out the side and steady breathing helps.
