Im way overweight.. Im counting my calories and realizing that I honestly was a good calorie type eater just a little crazy on the candy sweets (drool) side.. However.. I have 700 Calories left to eat tonight and its 9pm. Omg.. :yawn: There is not a chance, what do i do?

    what about a peanut butter sandwich? that will suck up alot of those calories, and its good for you!

  • Good idea... any nuts will do the trick but go healthier and unsalted ones like almonds..
  • I was think the same thing last night. I havent been hitting my calorie goals. Like last night. It was 10 pm before I even settled down and noticed. I try to get my eating done by 7 pm. Is It ok to pile on all those Calories that late?
