Im way overweight.. Im counting my calories and realizing that I honestly was a good calorie type eater just a little crazy on the candy sweets (drool) side.. However.. I have 700 Calories left to eat tonight and its 9pm. Omg.. :yawn: There is not a chance, what do i do?

what about a peanut butter sandwich? that will suck up alot of those calories, and its good for you!0

Good idea... any nuts will do the trick but go healthier and unsalted ones like almonds..0

I was think the same thing last night. I havent been hitting my calorie goals. Like last night. It was 10 pm before I even settled down and noticed. I try to get my eating done by 7 pm. Is It ok to pile on all those Calories that late?0
