Celebratory dinners and occasions are hard enough as is, when you're at the whim of other people's planning, but I REALLY can't stand when people guilt you over choosing not to eat certain things.

One of my friends just told me SHE WOULD CRY (insert many emoticons here) if I did not eat the cupcakes she made. For the record, she's naturally tall, thin and gorgeous. Even when I further explained myself (which I don't think I should have to do in the first place) she continued to make me feel bad about not eating the already hard to pass up high calorie treat.

My friend may cry, but my trainer would make me do a million burpees. My choice in obvious.

My usual response, just to be like that, is: If you are going to cry about what I do or dont eat, then I just wont come. Problem solved ... ;)

Tell her to use the cupcake sponge to soak up her tears
