No

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Hum?

What would I have done differently? Exercise

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and exercise. I need to get back in the swing of things... I feel like I've been slacking since I did the 26 mile walk. TODAY!!!

    Mostly

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I did extra time on the stationary bike to make up for some of the calories I was over, even though it was 11 at night.

    What would I have done differently? Not eaten the extra calories at 11 at night. :huh:

    What is today's personal goals?

    Exercise for at least 40 minutes
    Stay around 1,500 calories

    I didn't eat everything in the house when I got home from work.

    Nothing

    Burn more calories while working out tonight.

    After my daughter went to bed I went on my eliptical instead of veggin' in front of the tv.

    What would I have done differently?
    Not eatin my frozen yogurt, I need to learn I don't need it every day!

    Stay in my calorie limits, and even though I may be tired by the end of the day, if I have time, excercise!!!

    What would I have done differently? Exercised, snacked less

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and exercise. Really struggling with food choices this week.
