Equal meals or stagger calorie intake?

What do you think about equal calories through out the day (6) 250 calorie meals or stagger it. (3) 350 cal meals split by 150cal snacks???

    It is entirely personal preference. Today I had about 600 calories randomly throughout the afternoon and I'm going to sit down and destroy about 1800 calories in a few minutes.

    Total daily intake is all that matters from a weight-loss standpoint.

    I think that would be over thinking it. I try to stay under my daily calories and not eat junk.

    Whatever works for you. Some days I (like today) I have 2 500 calorie meals with snacks a few times...other days I have about 6-7 200-300 calorie meals.
