Banana Mango Smoothie

-Fill whatever cup you'll be drinking out of with ice and put to blender
-Add 1 medium banana
-Add 1 mango (or 1 serving of frozen mango- about the same price and ends up tasting the same)
-Pour in 1 cup of orange juice (can add more depending on how chunky you like it)

(optional) flavorless creatine and /or banana protein powder (substituting the banana)
-Blend until smooth or crunchy depending on what you like

Tasty, healthy, and easy to make smoothie. The athletic cafeteria served it at my college along with many more. Can be a good preworkout or just anytime smoothie
