Love handles!

Soo. i have them, I have had them all my life. pesky things they are. I hate mine! But I was wondering who else struggles with having love handles and what types of exercises you can do to get rid of them.

I was also wondering if anyone out there actually finds them attractive and/or "sexy" or who has them and loves them?

    I have them. Only thing I know is to loose all the extra from around the mid section. I'm working on mine.

    Hmm oblique crunches and mason twist will hit your obliques :)

    keep eating on a deflict to burn any fat that is there and do ab workouts, here is a great one for that area to tighten things up

    Thanks, yea. I 9 times out of 10 have a good calorie deficit at the end of the day and I do actually do a bunch of ab workouts in the videos im doing at home. But my love handles seem to be the first place I gain weight and the last place i lose it :/

    takes a long time to gain that weight, so can take a long time to lose it or tone it, keep up the hard work and it will happen
