Half-New Year Resolutions!

My 2012 resolution: get down to 150 pounds. I started off well, using MFP to track my 1650 calories a day, 1 pound a week weight loss plan. Went from 176 to 160 in 4 months. Then I kinda... fell of the wagon! Well, I finally faced the scale Monday morning... I weighed about 170, so 10 pound re-gain... ugh! Why did I ever stop when I was over half-way to my goal? Oh well! Brutal reality came back to get me and now I'm back on MFP. There's still six months left in this year and I can still reach my goal, I know I just have to do it. So, I'm starting my Half-New Year resolution. This time, I'm going to push myself to lose 2 pounds a week until I reach my goal! MFP gave me 1200 calories a day. It's been two days and I'm starting to realize it means working out pretty much every day... so I can eat some exercise calories :wink:
