How many calories have you consumed AS OF RIGHT NOW?

Hi all, I'm just curious about how much others eat. Just put the time and your number of calories as of right now. As for me: 4:58pm and 947 calories

I'm probably going to have a small bowl of cereal while I watch a movie before bed so that will up my calories to goal.

I have logged a total of 950 as I know what I'll be craving and having for lunch.

8:11 PM (2011 hrs) 1184 calories. And that will be it for the day. Don't know if it is because I am cutting way down on my carbs, or what..but I am just that hungry anymore...And I like it!

I hear that ... If calorie cutting is important to you then breaking the carb (sugar) cravings makes it a lot easier. For me anyway ...0 -
8:14pm and 1281 consumed-362 burned=net of 919!
A little low, but I did my workout at the end of the day and ended up doing more than I planned to do, and I never let myself go hungry, so I think one low day isn't gonna kill me!0 -
It's 10.16 am where I am (in Australia). I've had 243 calories for breakfast (weetbix, lite milk and a little brown sugar). I will probably have some morning tea soon. So tea and maybe a yoghurt...0

At 5:26pm I've consumed 915 calories - 562 exercise cals = net 353
These numbers include everything in my day, even dinner, which we have not yet eaten. I started low carbbing it today and did more exercise than I planned to so...perhaps a bit more is called for!0 -
