Trying to drop 10 lbs in 7 weeks. B Day goal!

I turn 49 on Aug 27th and I'd like to drop about 10 lbs. My goal is to work out 4 days a week, eat 4-5 times a day and drink less beer and wine. My gym is a short 5 min walk from my house and a run on the beach is also 5 min away. There is no excuse for me to not stick to the plan. Just need support!!

    Very doable. I'm female and have lost 8 lbs in 8 weeks. It's common knowlege that it's easier for men to lose that women, so it should be a hat trick for you.

    Absolutely doable! I agree with the other comments and support. We both have similar goals. I need motivation to get back in the gym. Like you said, too. I have no excuse either
