How does this all work?

Can someone just give a quick lowdown on how this all works? I put in my weight and goal and such. It gave me a goal of calories and fat, protein and such. Now what? Is it like a food journal... I put in and track and go for it??

    That's pretty much it... you log your food to track your calories. You can also input your daily exercise. In order to make sure your calorie counts are accurate you should pay attention to portion sizes... use a kitchen scale if you have on (or buy one if you don't).

    I found at first it is a little time consuming but after you've been on for a while its easier. :wink:
