Today I discovered something amazing. My sister made me try it a month or so ago, and I never thought I would see it again. It's called Biscoff Spread. It's like liquid Biscotti - and delicious. I should not say liquid - its more the consistency of peanut butter. In fact the label calls it a European alternative to peanut butter. It is sweeter, but less calories and just a different taste to switch things up. I was eating it plain, and then tried it with an apple. Delicious.

Anyone else heard of it / tried it? What other tasty ways can it be eaten?

    That stuff is AMAZING! I usually eat 1/2 TBSP on a rice cake. It makes for a really good snack.
