so ive been doing great on my cal, carb, fat on the food tracker but ive been going over my proteins, how bad is that,,, im 274lbs wanting to loose 2lbs a week,, and i work out 20-40min day (lately)

    Going over in your protein is not a problem. Perhaps, however, you could open up your diary for others to give advice on.
