I try so hard to plan meals.. and I end up changing it every time! =| I want to plan meals so I know what to go eat and not worry about going over.. I ended up with only like 300 for dinner.. then I end up saying 'Screw IT' and cheat. =p
I need ideas...

    That's OK!
I think planning is a great place to get started, and if you don't stick to the plan today - it's not the end of the world, see if you can do it tomorrow.

I like to plan because then I can drop things off if I change my mind about what to eat. Yesterday I planned to have a muesli bar in the afternoon but I decided to get some nuts from the vending machine instead, so I dropped out the muesli bar, added in the nuts and only had half a glass of wine with dinner instead of a full one to make the cals balance out.

And, the reality is that if you are going over every single day - either you aren't planning well or you just don't have a realistic calorie goal. Maybe you need to be eating a little more each day - my opinion is that it is much better to have a more moderate deficit and stick to your calorie goal than to set yourself up with a hard-to-stick-to goal and then feel bad about it every day. You will lose weight more slowly - but I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing.
(I don't know if this is you situation, but if it is - hope this helps)
