I have been pretty serious about weight loss for over a year now. I am down 85 pounds and still going strong. I realize with this much weight loss, that I am going to need to start taking better care of myself nutrition wise, as just exercising won't cut it anymore. I am only 20 pounds away from my first goal! My wife and I are both on the fast track for now, and we are quite excited to be joining this community. I am looking forward to motivating and being motivated by all of you!
