I was so good this last year, lost 25 lbs and got on a good exercise program, including faced paced walking and bike riding. I all came to a halt with surgery. No exercise for 12 weeks (November 17!). While I have been off, I have gained 5 lbs. So here I am back. I'm still walking, just very slowly. Slowly is better than nothing, right? I would like to lose 25 more and then I will be at my goal weight.

Sorry about the surgery, but keep a steady pace and you'll do fine. by steady I mean stick to your plan or whatever you call it for losing weight. And remember if you fall off track it's ok, there's always tomorrow to start over.

Every small step you take toward health is a step in the right direction. Good luck recovering from the surgery and getting back on your health journey!!
