I was so good this last year, lost 25 lbs and got on a good exercise program, including faced paced walking and bike riding. I all came to a halt with surgery. No exercise for 12 weeks (November 17!). While I have been off, I have gained 5 lbs. So here I am back. I'm still walking, just very slowly. Slowly is better than nothing, right? I would like to lose 25 more and then I will be at my goal weight.

Sorry about the surgery, but keep a steady pace and you'll do fine. by steady I mean stick to your plan or whatever you call it for losing weight. And remember if you fall off track it's ok, there's always tomorrow to start over.0
