Motivation and support

I'm needing friends that offer support and motivation to help this 40 y/o stay on track. Many bad habits to kick so any words of wisdom and friendly advice is greatly appreciated. My profile pic is what I want to get back to but I need to lose approx 40 lbs of fat and gain 20-25 lbs of muscle. Feel free to critique and offer suggestions. I'm really looking forward to this.
