Hey y'all!!! I'm just starting a diet and exercise program and am very interested in what some of your favorite products, tricks and recipes are. I work 40 full time on a very fluctuating schedule and it is hard for me to always prepare home cooked meals. I need some quick, tasty ideas for on-the-go meals and snacks that will keep me satisfied and out of the drive-tru. Also any suggestions on protein powders, shakes, vitamins and supplements that you stand by.
