Hi, Started this week and alread lost 6lb!!

Hi everyone,

What a great tool this is. I am able to track my intake and check what a foods calories are before I eat it!

I am 15st and I aim to get the 13st and then deside from there where to go. I am losing an average of 2lb per day, keeping my calory intake to about 1550 and in this week along (my first), I'v lost 6lb!

I know that is fast, so I need to control that a little better, but I'll be at my target weight in no time at this rate. :0)
