Help with different shifts i work

Hellooo
I need help!
I am a nurse and i work 3 days of night shifts (12 hours) and 3 days of day shifts (12 hours)
But these can change so that i could do one day shift and two nights etc..
Im finding it very hard to eat properly and work out mycalories on my night shifts mainly.. because if we dont get a break til after midnught then im using the next days calories.. but id also eat when i woke up after my night shift at home and then for tea.
I feel like my body is all over the place and i find it really hard to eat properly.
Anyone got any good ideas?
Or any good healthy snack ideas?
I think this is my downfall with dieting =(
