I'm going on a two week holiday to Lanzarote on the 26th. It's all inclusive, and I realllyy want to maintain while I'm there. So I'm planning on eating fruits/veggies for breakfast/lunch and then chose healthier choices for dinner. (the food is meant to be really good) then I'll swim most of the day. Does this sound like a good plan?

Sounds perfect to me. The big problem with all includive could be the bar.
I'm off to Rome soon and will struggle as all the italian food is going to blow my diet out of the water. Just going to have to walk loads.
Have a great holiday.0 -
It sounds like a good plan to me, as long as you stick to it. The swimming burns a great amount of calories, so I don't think you'll have to worry about going over a day depending on how long you swim for.

I'm going to Italy also, so I know what you mean.
My strategy is to eat meat/fish first and limit myself to small portions of pasta, pizza and gelato!
Here's wishing us all luck on at least maintaining.0 -

I'm 16 and don't drink alcohol often (especially compared to my friends) and I don't really like fizzy pop, I'll be sticking to water and maybe smoothies if they have them0
