Iron deficient and gluten free diet...

I was having trouble reaching my iron recommendations every day since I have went gluten free. And I missed cereal! There is a new brand of Rice Krispies that is Gluten Free AND it contains 50% of the iron you need per day/per serving! Very happy I found this! It has I think 3 ingredients as well! Sprinkle with a little Stevia and pour on almond milk. It is really yummy!

Thanks for the tip! I've been GF for 2 months now and I've had problems with my iron too. I'll check those out!
All the Chex cereals are GF and they have 45-50% of daily iron, so that's another option.0
