Tracking calories burned for boot camp

I've been having trouble figuring out calories burned for a boot camp-type activity I do with my personal trainer. You can see one of my routines here:

(These aren't all EXACTLY what I did-- "step class" was stepping on and off a foot-tall box for 45 seconds straight; this was just the closest entry I could find.)

Any advice on tracking calories burned? I'm guessing it won't be as many burned as my cardio activity (33 mins on the elliptical on the weight loss setting), but I'm sure that it's burning calories since I'm sweating and have my heart rate up. I just want to make sure it's reflected in my daily calorie allotment so I know I'm getting enough calories to sustain the activity.
