Will you ever stop logging/tracking?

I'd track until I hit my ideal weight, then use mfp to maintain for a month before stop logging. I think mfp is good for education so I feel it should be enough by then.
Having said that I'll monitor my weight, something I'd not until now.0 -
Probably, just because (like an earlier poster said) I can't really see myself doing it FOREVER. But for now, I like it too much to stop. I'm a graph and spreadsheet geek0

i'm hoping I will eventually, having recently reached my weight goal, I am still trying to find the right maintenance calories that will work for me and a way to enforced to myself to control my food portions (I am still prone to reverting back to my usual food portions when I don't track).
As I only joined MFP and the concept of calorie counting since March 2012 this year, I don't think i am experienced enough to be able to estimate alot of the food I eat to ensure I am at a maintenance level. Until then, I will still be tracking to train and educate myself better.0 -
I won't ever stop completely. I might give myself a break when I'm on vacation or something but I find that I think more about what I'm eating when I take that minute to log it first. It's not really a big commitment, but it definitely gives me big results so it's worth it to me.0
