Live Fit Question

I'm already familiar with weight lifting and I do it on a normal basis (for the most part- I'm not ALWAYS consistent though)
can i just skip to phase 2?

    I'm a relatively experienced lifter and I started with phase 1. I'm on day 12 right now. For me, stepping up my diet is the biggest change for phase 1 and I wanted to allow myself these first 4 weeks to perfect that. Plus, phase 1 really is critical for focusing on muscle growth since there is no cardio. Phase 2 gets really intense and I feel that phase 1 will have me prepared both mentally and physically to attack phase 2 at my very best.
