Would you consider standing an exercise?

I have 2 jobs. The 1st one I am at for 8 hours a day & I sit all day long (office job) however my part time job consist of standing for 5 hours (cashier). Would you consider the standing part of your exercise & include them in your calories burned?

No. Spending the majority of your day standing still in a spot still counts as being sedentary.

No. I would consider that as lightly active when you set your profile, but I would not account for that in your "exercise."

No I would not. Does standing at your job make your heart rate go up for a sustained period of time? Are you breaking a continuous sweat?
