Soreness

I'm curious what kind of exercising you do when you are sore. I do cardio (treadmill, C25K) and weights 3 days a week and have started doing pilates or yoga on the days inbetween. I did pilates yesterday and my thighs are really stiff and sore, but I'm due on the treadmill today. Do you proceed as normal or give it a rest? I'm unsure of the "right" thing to do!

I proceed as normal, but I'm curious if you're supposed to rest or not. I've found that it gets better after a few days. Pilates really kick my booty, too!0

Yeah, I have jelly legs today! I may do some heavy duty yard work today and hit it again tomorrow.0

Don't work the same muscle groups when they are sore, meaning don't do arms everyday. However if your legs are sore you should still be getting in some cardio even if it's walking. You can go light but try not to give yourself too many excuses for skipping a workout! We do it all the time with food as well, lol.0
