I am a 37 yr old male married w/ 2 children. I am extremely overweight and have decided its time to do something about it. I physically can't run anymore. But can walk and ride a Bike. Getting my wife and or my son to work out with me is a choir and I really hate working out alone. Would love to add some friends from the columbus, Indiana area that are in the same boat.
