Hi there! Take a look at my profile if you'd like to get to know me :-)

I'm 20 and a psychology major. I have a lot of weight to lose, and I am eager to continue my body/mind transformation.

I have been recording my cals on and off for the past few months, but have been active in the past two weeks or so and I want to continue on with this, and see progress.

Right now I am trying to look into what exercise routines would be good for me--crossfit (at home?) running? If anyone has any advice on what works for them, let me know.

Otherwise my home page is pretty empty and I could use some friends and encouragement (and of course would love to encourage others as well!)
