7 lbs gone! :)

Started at 142 lbs on June 11th, was weighed at a Dr. appt and was very much bummed out. This morning I weighed in at 135 - YAY! I've been working out, eating carefully and drinking ONLY Boost, water and juiced fruit (NOT bottled or canned juice). Just 11 more lbs until I reach my goal weight of 124! Special thanks to all of my MFP buddies for the motivation each day - it really does make a difference!
