First timer here

I am 32 years old and have been out of the fitness game for a while. I am about 50-60 pounds overweight and have started using My Fitness Pal as a trainer. I am on my 5th day and I already feel better. I do not know very much about nutrition and how what I eat affects my body as much as I should. I have been running and lifting. If you feel like sharing your thoughts and keeping me motivated it would be appreciated. It is always good to have a support system. I am also here for your support as well.

    Welcome to MFP! I've been here for 125+ days and I absolutely love it :) I plan on sticking around for a long time to keep track of my diet and exercise. It's so motivating. I will send you a friend request.
