My husband and I started slowly changing our lifestyle. Cut out most of the fast food which we lived on. Cheaper for 2 than cooking sometimes. We started walking just 20 - 30 minutes a day. Reading labels and making better choices with food. Weight just seemed to fall off for the first 3 months. We have been doing this now for 190 days and have lost about 50 lbs each. I don't believe in "diets" but this new lifestyle has made quite a difference and is easy to do. Kind of a game to see what you can eat and stay within your calories. We walk a lot more now that we are lighter but know we have to do something we can sustain. Good luck!0
