So, I have a nasty habit of snacking while I'm waiting for food to finish cooking or for coffee to brew. To try and curb this "boredom and impatience snacking," I decided to find something else to do with my hands while standing around in the kitchen.

Last night, I happened to notice my juggling balls sitting on top of the fridge, looking sad and dejected. I hadn't picked them up in over a year. I immediately thought that they could serve as the outlet I needed for all my nervous energy.

Then, when I started juggling, I IMMEDIATELY felt the burn in my arms—mainly my biceps, but a little in my triceps (the dreaded bingo wing area) as well. I figured out that the higher in the air I juggled, the more my biceps worked. The lower I juggled, the more I used my triceps. Also, constantly dropping the balls and picking them back up again was a whole workout in and of itself!

I know I'm not lifting any significant weight, but I really think that this could work!

Do any of you out there juggle or do something similar? Did you notice that it improved that area of your body when you started?

Also, what other FUN things can I do to fight the flab on my arms?
