super giant mega salad for under 400 calories

mix 1 cup chopped chicken breast, 2 tablespoons corn, 2 tablespoons black beans, and 2 tablespoons salsa. put in LARGE bowl with 3 cups romaine lettuse, handfull grape tomatoes, quartered and 2 tablespoons lite ranch dressing. 370 calories!!!!!!!
