Hi all!

I joined MFP in April 2012 because I had some success losing weight but was not accounting for my food intake, and being a processed food/soda lover, I figured I'd benefit from being able to log the amount of junk I was putting into my body. I graduated college in June 2011 weighing about 235lbs. I had previously gone from being about 205 in HS to about 170 during my first 2 years of college. I started working full time and taking 18 hours of class a semester my junior year, and I gained all of the weight back and then some. I am 6 feet tall so I am able to 'hold weight well' but seeing my graduation pictures and how big I looked made me want to cry. I had gained almost 60lbs in 3 years! I joined a gym over the summer after I graduated, but still ate crap and only lost 10 or so lbs. I lost another 10 this past February-March trying to prepare for a tropical vacation, and I joined MFP a few days after I got back to get into summer form. As of today, I weigh 196lbs. I have gone from being barely able to run a 5 minute mile to running 10ks in under an hour and I have gained a significant amount of muscle through circuit training and lifting. I'd like to get back down to 165-170lbs and then continue to focus on strength training.

Anyways- here are my pics so far. Sorry that two are Halloween pictures...they are the only full body ones I could find!
I am the blonde chick!

October 2011 (probably about 235 here)

Also, to throw a wildcard into the mix, here is a pic of me at age 18 at my lowest adult life weight of 170ish (I'm the hot cop.) I lost all of my weight in a pretty unhealthy way and I think I don't look much bigger now than I did then, simply because I do strength training, and I am a whole 30 lbs heavier now! Here I was a size 9 in jeans and a M/L in shirts.

Because I am tall, it is kind of hard to see progress, but I figured I would share :)
