I go to the gym 3 times a week for weights but on my off days I would rather cardio workout at home than in the gym (hate going everyday). I just like having a break from the place.
I have been doing C25K but would also like to know if you have any recommendations on the best cardio DVDs. In my last place I lived I did Jazzercise (seriously super fun) but they do not offer it where I live now![:( :(](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
I do have some Biggest Loser DVDs and 30 DS but would like some more ideas that are fun!
