Well about 3 months ago I started using MFP and was doing well but then there were birthdays and way to muany hours at work and i had stopped going for 2 months to the gym.

Now im back and Im ready and determined to lose 27 pounds by Christmas!

For those of you that have lost weight, what are your best tips?

    water exercise and just really want ing to and of course not going over your calories or carb or points:smile:

    Just like Lizzy said, get some exercise, watch your numbers, and drink lots and lots of water! :drinker: I tell all the newbies to log their foods BEFORE they have them, rather than afterwards, as it usually leads to better food choices. I sometimes log 4 and 5 days in advance! It gives me a feeling of total control over what I'm eating, instead of my food controlling ME! :wink: :laugh:
