Anybody tried it? Does it work? Is it just about eating more one day and less the other? It sounds appealing to me, but I´m a little afraid to just go ahead. Not sure why. So, any experience on it?

I have been doing it. After losing about 35 lbs. I had slowed way down on losing weight. I read an article by Jillian Michaels and it made sense. For the last several weeks I have allowed myself to eat about 200 more calories than other days. It has really made a difference in the weight loss, plus I feel good doing it. There are some days I don't eat all of my calories, just because I am not hungry because of eating more lean protein. Knowing that within a day or 2 the calorie intake will be higher has allowed me to relax.0

Oh I have tried just about everything once, LOL. It sounds good until the low calorie days when you start craving things or get hungry. I didn't last on that plan for long.0
