I need 30 Day Shred buddies!!

I am starting the 30 Day Shred later today and I need support from my friends who are also doing it right now!! Doesn't matter if you recently started, you're going to start soon, or if you've it before and you have any tips!

    What's everyone's stats? I didn't take measurements, I probably should have but I took lots of pictures on day 1.

    Started my weight loss journey at 247lbs. I'm 5'8 and 24 years old.
    I started MFP at 222, I believe.
    I am currently 195
    I'm a larger framed girl, with broad shoulders, kinda "thick". My current goal weight is 175, but once I'm there, I think I'll set a new goal for 160.

  • I am currently doing it, tomorrow day 8 level one!

    BUT warn you, when you are sore after give your body a BREAK until the soreness is gone..most people don't understand that and just push through the soreness...it will hurt your body in the long run.

    I am combining it with Banish fat Boost metabolism twice a week, I take one day off a week now since the soreness went away :D feel free to add.

    I started 2 weeks ago, then hurt myself tubing at a lake, then got wicked shin splints doing a 5k on July 4th. Oops! Starting back up tomorrow!!! Gotta love Jillian :)

    Iv dont two days so far, but finding that i cannot do it today due to the pain im in =( (couldnt even walk down the stairs)

    Im on day 5 of the 30d level 1, 1st day was very challenging but it is slowly getting easier on day 1 and 2 my whole body was in agony but you will be surprised at the results even in just a few days. On day 4 i walked 2 and a half miles up hill and found it so easy were as before the shred couldn’t have even dreamed of attempting this!! good luck everyone!!

    I heard about it here on MFP and I started on Tuesday, so today was day 5. I have to modify as have chronic joint problems, I get on the exercise bike instead of all the hopping around, changed the ab's a bit as well so I likely won't be quite so "shredded" but I really just want to break a plateau (a whole month bouncing up and down the same two pounds!). I'm a bit stiff, not hurting, I don't see the point in that, but it's been quite energizing, which is great. Nice to see so many people trying it.

    You can get it at Walmart brand new for 10 bucks, usually on Amazon they are at least that, plus shipping. Go to Walmart, if you have one :)
