Back in the shape I once was.

I started this to keep track of things and get back into the shape I was as a college athlete.

Good News: 1) I will eat ANYTHING! Including the healthier foods. 2) Because of a past of athleticism I am still into working out.

Bad News: 1) Appetite... it's HUGE 2) The healthier foods cost money and I'm currently in search of a job 3) In the exercise section of myfitnesspal there is no Kettle Bell, so I just made one up and calculated it as 20 calories/minute (which seems to be the accepted value).

So far I went from 245-238.
