Hello,
I never know whether to log my work calories. I am a nurse and spend 12 hours walking and rushing about! I have put my settings as sedentary and added stuff on? I know my body will get used to it but I have only just started this job and I was at university sitting down in lectures most of the time before! What shall i doooooooooo?!
Any advice would be great!

This or at least lightly active. No nurse is sedentary.

Woah. If you're rushing around for 12 hours, you are most certainly NOT sedentary. Up your activity level, at least to the next step up. I also suggest a pedometer or a heart rate monitor to measure how much you're actually doing. Continue eating well, or as well as you can. I know there are quite a few nurses on this site, and I'm hoping they will chime in for you.

I would set it for lightly active as well. You probably only work 3 days/week right? That's what I did when I worked on the floor. That way it could account for your days off.

Yes, a nurse is never sedentary. No time to even pee most days! : )
