motivators needed

Here's the deal. I am in the army which means i have to pass ht-wt every 6 months or so and i can get into a lot of trouble if I don't pass. So for the last 4 years I have been yoyo dieting with almost aneroxic typed eating habits in the week or two before ht-wt in order to go from 180 to 159, the maximum allowed weight for someone my height and age (it recently changed to 161, such a big difference).

I realized that this pattern was terrible for me so I have spent the last month and a half dieting but eating healthy to make sure i make weight. However monday is the day i have to get on the scale and I am afraid I will do the same thing I always do (eat everything in sight as soon as I know I am good for another couple months). I'd really appreciate someone calling me out come monday if I start that process again.
