Hi there,
I just downloaded the app today and already think its fantastic-today, I was honest and traked all I ate and it has shocked me how much I actually overeat!
I'm now looking forward to improving my eating habits and watching my body change inside and out!

  • Hey, yall. I downloaded my myfitnesspal ap on Sunday night and started following the calorie counter religously since. I have lost 3.2 lbs since Monday. It's hard to not eat what I want but I don't go over my calorie and I scan everything just to be sure. If I can make it thru 2 weeks I think it will be fine...I hope... I like seeing the numbers go down on the scale.

It is great to see the numbers go down on the scale. My problem is I tend to see them go back up too... I keep losing and gaining the same pounds. Hopefully with my 40th birthday approaching I can get my act and willpower together. This sight is helping though. I love MFP!
