Need advice re my protein intake

Hi, I'm new MFP since th ebeginning of this week. I am really trying hard to log my food intake but it seems that I have to really work hard to stuck to my Protein intake, by that I mean I am always over the goal. I have increased my fruit and veg intake and don't feel hungry but wonder if I should re do my settings / goals. I find it hard to not eat meat/ fish each meal and have really missed having a bowl,of cereal with skimmed milk for breakfast - it seems to use up too many calories and grams of Protein. Anyone give me some tips/ pointers??:flowerforyou:
