Low Fat

I don't know if it is just me being picky or what, but i cannot seem to find things that are low fat to eat without going over my carbs as well. I have been searching for recipes for low fat and am finding nothing that is interesting to me. Anyone have some delicious low fat recipes they would like to share?

It's very difficult to have low carb AND low fat. I need high protein due to weight loss surgery, and I am focusing on low fat for my cholesterol levels. I count my calories and do my best to keep my macros in line by meal planning weeks in advance. If I have 4 days a week with great numbers of calories/protein/fat, I call that a successful week.

No sorry, delicious is synonymous with fat. Sugar has been the popular replacement for delicious. If fat is bad and carbs are bad that only leaves protein, and plant proteins have those horrible carbs so that leaves animal protein and they have the dreaded saturated fat. Cows eat low fat and low carb grass but they get pretty fat, but alas, fiber is converted to saturated fat in the small intestines and stored in the body......sorry just having a little fun, carry on. Cheers.

Why are you trying to do both low fat and low carb? That only leaves protein.
My strategy was eat all the macros in the proportions recommended on this site. I got to eat food I loved, I lost 80 pounds and have kept it off for 15 years.
Fat doesn't make you fat, too many calories do. Your body actually needs a good amount of fat for everything to function properly.

Don't buy into the fad diet du jour. If you have some medical reason(s) for going low carb or low fat, see a doctor for a recommendation to a dietician for a food plan.
