I don't have much to lose (technically don't have to lose anything) but I want to shed a stone // 20pounds to become REALLY lean.
I would class myself at a good fitness level (can do 2 spinning sessions after another and feel ok) (can lift half my body weight)
WOULD ANYONE be able to give me a diet // exercise plan?? I'm so focused // dedicated when I have a strong plan.
I understand alot of people are busy, but I don't mind when or anything.
Or an example of your old diets?
I'm 5'8 and weigh 147pounds. Last time my bodyfat was done it was 25%.
