What would I have done differently? Nothing

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and exercise.

    Didnt make one, but I will today!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Ate a salad for dinner, havent done that in a long time!

    What would I have done differently?
    I wouldn't have caved and eaten six mini cookies right before bed

    What is today's personal goals?
    Kick butt in my walk/run tonight and not eat after 8pm

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 90 minutes at the Y (even though I didn't want to be there), made fairly good food choices

    What would I have done differently? eaten less right before bed

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories, and get in some exercise. It doesn't look like I can make it to turbo kick tonight.

    I stayed in at lunch instead of going out with the girls.

    What would I have done differently?
    Skipped the peanut butter crackers at 9:00 last night.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Excersise a little more tonight.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I was craving something sweet lastnight but didn't give in, and did a little extra on the stationary bike.

    What would I have done differently? Nothing comes to mind.

    Stay under 1,700 calories
    Exercise for at least 30 minutes
